Returns/Exchanges or Damage

Vanir Outdoor Kitchens wants your shopping experience to be enjoyable and for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your order, inspect the packaging for damage, immediately open the packaging and inspect the product inside  If the product is not damaged and you are satisfied with its condition please sign saying you accept the delivery. 


If the items of your order are damaged, or missing please make note of it on the invoice/delivery slip and take documentation, such as pictures of the damaged packaging and items please forward those and contact us IMMEDIATELY within 48 hours at info@vaniroutdoorkitchens.com. After 48 hours, we’ll do our best to assist you but you will have to work directly with the manufacturer. 


If for some reason you are not happy with a product you purchased, we will be happy to exchange for another product of your liking of equal value of the same brand as long as the product is returned, unopened and unused. Please contact us to arrange your exchange within seven days. You are responsible for return shipping, as well as for shipping of exchanged product, you may also be subject to a 25% restocking fee of the original purchased product or item. All sales are final.  No exchanges will be accepted on clearance or close out items.


If for some reason you need to cancel an order, please reach out to us within the first 48 hours after placing the order at (888)-999-2952 or sales@vaniroutdoorkitchens.com. After 48 hours, orders cannot be cancelled under any circumstances or you will be charged a 25% cancelation fee. Refusing delivery of a product would be an unauthorized cancellation. If the product(s) were shipped for free, you would be responsible for the cost of shipping to and return shipping which would be added to the cancellation fee.


When you are making a purchase from Vanir Outdoor Kitchens, you are acknowledging the following of the Exchange Agreement:

  •  I understand I am to inspect the package upon delivery, and notate and take pictures if there is any damage.
  • I understand I have seven days to notify of any need to do an exchange.
  •     I understand that I am fully responsible for the cost of return shipping and cost of shipping of exchanged product.
  •     I understand that products need to be returned unopened and unused.  An additional restocking fee may occur.
  •    I understand that if I cancel my order after 48 hours I will incur a 25% restocking fee.
